Bringing Our People and Families Together

From 8 to 10 August 2026, our staff and families enjoyed a fun-filled 3D2N retreat to Batam and Ranoh Island, packed with sightseeing, adventure, relaxation and laughter.

 

Highlights included Barelang Bridge, Illusion 3D Art Museum, coffee and kueh lapis factories, and a mini zoo visit for the children.

 

At Ranoh Island, everyone enjoyed banana boat rides, ATV and beach volleyball, while others relaxed in hammocks or under the huts with a few pints of golden brew.

The speedboat ride brought an unforgettable saltwater facial and “bum massage” courtesy of the waves!

The evenings continued with BBQ, karaoke and games, followed by a special breakfast of freshly steamed flower crabs caught by our gardener uncle.

 

More than a getaway, it was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues and families to bond, have fun and create lasting memories together.
