in this time of uncertainty, we at Pacific Global Group would like to assure you of our unwavering commitment to our customers, employees and community. We are vigilantly monitoring the Coronavirus Desease (COVID-19) and the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority.
Meanwhile, we are conducting twice-a-day Temperature Screening for all employees at office entrance. Visitors / Contractors are required to fill up and sign on a declaration form with their temperature taken and recorded accordingly. We have also arranged for our employees to work on a Split Team basis, as advised by our Ministry.
We understand the critical role we play in providing our customers with timely deliveries, but due to the worldwide development of COVID-19, especially when our main supply source is from Spain, Germany, Italy, Korea and USA and all of them are critically affected in terms of number of infected cases reported each day. We want you to be aware that there may be delays in deliveries of products & provision of our technical supports due to the impact from this worldwide pandemic.
