Bringing Our People and Families Together

From 8 to 10 August 2026, Pacific Global Group brought our staff and their families together for a well-deserved 3D2N retreat to Batam and Ranoh Island.

It was a short getaway, but filled with plenty of laughter, good food, fun activities and memorable moments. Away from the usual work environment, everyone had the opportunity to relax, spend time together and get to know one another beyond the workplace.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see our colleagues and their families enjoying themselves together. From exploring the beautiful surroundings of Ranoh Island to sharing meals, activities and plenty of laughs, the retreat created many special memories for everyone.

We believe that a strong team is built not only through working together, but also through sharing experiences, building friendships and looking after one another. Having our families join us made the experience even more special.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere throughout the trip. We hope everyone returned home with happy memories, renewed energy and, of course, plenty of photos to remember the journey by!
